HOW TO USE
Perfect for gentle flows/stretches, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra, indoor and outdoor. Can be used alone, or on top of traditional mats.
 
MATERIAL
100% hemp fibers. Free of chemicals, toxins, odors, dyes, synthetics, plastics, PVC, TPE.
 
CARE INSTRUCTION
Hand or machine washable. Wash colors separately in cold water with natural or mild detergent, (a few drops of your favorite essential oil/s), and hang to dry as rugs, for best results. Can dry on low heat. Expect some shrinkage the first few washes. Be careful not to hang in sun, as the sunlight will fade the colors drastically.
