SERENITY SUNDAYS WITH YOGA NIDRA

Our signature Sunday Morning Yoga continues with a twist in our new space. Every session will include a Yoga Nidra practice. A deeply relaxing, guided meditation, Yoga Nidra helps you ease into awareness in your body and mind by softening your muscles, quieting your thoughts, and connecting to your senses. Following gentle stretches, you'll rest in a supine position (Savasana) or a reclined position (with props) and be guided into a meditative consciousness to find stillness and connection within. You'll experience a state of conscious deep rest where the body sleeps while the mind remains awake and aware. The body temperature will likely drop, so you may want to bring a pair of warm socks.
